what!! you want to move about 8 hours from *Kat and I? That's too far, but oh so close!!! and just as a hint, prices are comparable around here... Tifton, Valdosta, Savannha, Athens and Albany all are pretty thriving cities and have good housing prices (and are NEAR TO US!!)
