I do the Wii Fit workout, which has a section of yoga exercises to do. I'm pretty good with the balance aspect of it, but my flexibility is...not so good. And I actually feel like I'm getting more of a workout doing yoga than I ever did in a gym, even though I'm also doing aerobics and some more traditional muscle workouts just to keep from being bored. :c)
My new layout is courtesy of stellastars, and my only complaint with it is that I wish I could change the color of the "board" frame. :c)
