Jan. 13th, 2008 08:03 amSo the latest rumor is that Warner Bros. is going to make Deathly Hallows into two films, ostensibly to include all the last-minute information that JK Rowling threw in, but most likely because they realize that the cash cow is coming to an end and want to squeeze every last penny out before it's done.
Frankly, of all the books that *should* have been made into two-parters (Goblet of Fire, anyone?), Deathly Hallows isn't one of them. All they have to do is cut out about 10 chapters of the trio wandering aimlessly through the forest, and the movie will actually have better pacing than the book.
Bad call WB. Too little, too late.
