About 110c for 10-20 minutes. Trust me, I had no idea, either. I got an awesome deal on some super hi-grade blades, and then we had to look up how to open the buckle, attach the blades to the shoe (they came separately), and then a whole Google session on heat-molding.
Who knew a pair of skates could be so involved? Thank goodness he really likes them!
LOL! No, but they're made of out some silicon stuff that is meant to be warmed and then you put it on your feet and it molds to the precise shape of your foot. The boot part, that is, not the wheels. XD
