If it's Wedensday, it must be Budapest

My first chance to log in since we left. We arrived this afternoon in Budapest, and are staying at this teeeeeeeeny tiny little campsite right in the city. Tomorrow we are going to take a tour of the city itself, and then in the evening take a dinner cruise down the Danube.
The weather has been wonderful, but HOTHOTHOT. We are all brown and covered in mosquito bites, despite copious applications of repellant. Speiky got a chance to swim in the Grand Canal in Venice, and we've all had fun swimming in the Adriatic in Croatia. I'll post details and photos, of course, when we get back.
It's only been 1.5 weeks, but it feels like we've been gone forever.
Don't let me forget to tell you about the Roms we camped next to in Zagreb!
